Excavator rock bucket adapts thicken plate, the bottom add the reinforcing plate, add the side guard plate, install side guard plate, high strength bucket teeth holder, suitable for high wear occasions, such as gravel, granite and ore mining under harsh loading operations. Example: Digging conditions where tip life ranges from 200 to 400 hours with Penetration Plus tips. Bottom wear plates are about 50% thicker than Heavy Duty Buckets.

Side wear plates are about 40% larger than excavator strengthen earthwork bucket for added protection against abrasive and gouging wear. Adapters and tips are sized to accommodate higher loads and abrasion conditions.

Sidebars are pre-drilled for optional side cutters and sidebar protectors for larger buckets.

Packing and loading:

Minyan Bucket has professional team to packing and loading buckets to container.We know the weight limitation for countries, we know how to save space to loading more products in a container in order to save customer's sea freight.And we use plastic film to protect bucket from rain and dusty for LCL shipment. Put cotton between buckets to protect the painting. Use strong belt to fasten buckets on pallet to avoid buckets shaken and falling down during shipping.

* Q355B for light work environment to help customer save cost, for example: Dig slop, trench, mud, sand, dirt.

* NM460 for heavy duty work used on the attack part, such as, cutting edge, bottom wear strip, and wear plate.

* Bislloy from Australia, for the very hard work environment give the Bucket very good protection, of course the price will be a little bit higher

* HARDOX from Sweden, No. 1 strong material, just for special requirement customer and don't care about the price so much

than or equal to 200 hours with Extra Duty tips. Extreme Duty Buckets are armored with extra protection from abrasion and gouging wear. They include: Corner Shrouds [A], Sidebar Protectors with Shear Blocks [B], Additional Wear Material on the side [C], and Base Edge End Protectors [D]

Even more protection is available for buckets on larger machines. buckets also include: Liners [E], Base Edge Segments [F] and Mechanically Attached Wear Plates (MAWPs) (MAWPs not shown. Located on bottom of the bucket.) Side wear plates are larger; and Adapters and tips are sized to accommodate higher loads and abrasion conditions.
